It’s becoming quite popular that more and more men are pampering themselves, without feeling less macho.
I have been seeing more and more male clients coming in and receiving all types of spa services and not just waxing treatments. We offer a diverse array of men services. Men are enjoying such treatments as massages, body contouring, scrubs, and facials.
They’re not as intimidated anymore!
For guys thinking about some of these services and procedures, you have nothing to be ashamed of. It’s pretty mainstream these days.
For women who want to pamper their guys, try a gift card. It will be the perfect gift for any occasion.

Just an FYI for everybody, I was at Costco and they have Prevage for sale.  Prevage is a product put out by the makers of Allergen, they also make Botox.  Prevage has either a .5% Idebenone or an MD strength of 1% Idebenone.  The OrMedic line by Image that we carry here at the spa has 2% Idebenone.  This is an awesome thing.  Idebenone is one of the best anti-oxidants out there.  It is great for increasing hydration and cellular renewal.   Yeah Image!!

Hi everybody!  Right now is such an exciting time for the spa…We have so many cool gifts to choose from, not to mention gift cards for your loved ones.  Speaking of gift cards, April Warnecke of Channel 3 News came in to buy a gift card for her camera woman, Danielle.  They were in a few weeks ago and Danielle loved the Arasys Body Contouring treatment!!  April will be in soon to get a facial and scrub after the holidays.  We love you Channel 3!!

I received an email today from an editor at BeautyNewsNYC and BeautyNewsLA sharing with me they had wrote about our Save My Face Pillow we carry in our boutique, at Body & Soul Spa. Stephanie Ila Silver listed it as one of her top 5 holiday gifts to give, for bringing the spa home. This season my top 5 favorites are the Cicciabella slippers, Save My Face Pillows, Repechage Vita Cura Firming Creme… the girls at Body & Soul spa call it Botox in a bottle, our Microplane footfile (made by a Cheesegrader company) with the orange creamsicle foot cream, and our Isolaluce candels. I received a phone call this morning from Stephanie Sandoval the anchor from Sanoran Living Live. I had the privilege of being a live guest on the show yesterday, and she loved our cozy slippers so much she snatched up 8 pairs. Bless her heart she had been up until 2 am on the web, looking for her Christmas gifts. She decided that the cozy fun slippers was her answer for friends and family.. Great job Stephanie, it’s all about streamlining and having more time to spend with family and friends.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and got some quality time with friends and family and maybe even some much needed rest. We’re starting to switch into Winter mode here at the Spa with the onset of cooler, welcome weather; and I, for one, love this time of year! As you’ve probably noticed, we’ve just launched our new website, which we put a lot of thought and time into to make it just right, so we hope you love it. We’re working on the new email design and should have that ready just in time for the December email specials. Don’t forget to let me know what you think of the new website, I really love getting input from each of you!

We really wanted the Website to be an extension of the whole Body and Soul team, and as such, we are going to try to keep the blog as updated as possible to let you know what is going on at Body and Soul Spa, and the local community. We have worked to provide the best possible service to our family and hopefully this new blog and website can be a continuation of that.
